We offer full-time, in-house care at a couple of different locations. These homes come fully furnished and are conveniently located near many amenities.

We provide clients with one-on-one job coaching. After assessing career goals, we assist in finding employment consistent with those goals.

We provide non-residential, daily support in skill building and activities within the community. These activities can be tailored to suit your need as a group/ individual.

Coaching is provided for all clients and hosts by certified SOAR and MANDT employees. Appointments can be scheduled for one-on-one meetings for those requesting more privacy.

We offer assistance with light household chores and help maintain your home in a clean state. These skills can also be taught to clients at your request.

We provide one-on-one, non-medical care and supervision. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Goal setting and planning

• Meal prepping

• Creating social opportunities

• Transportation

• Light housekeeping

Clients will be taught about budgeting and money management.

We provide care to clients during the absence of the normal caregiver.
